Your tour begins with a complimentary pick-up from your centrally located hotel in Lagos. Enjoy your ride to the Lekki Conservation Centre.
On arrival, you will begin with a scenic walk through the nature reserve. Spot monkeys and birds in the towering trees as you make your way through the woods on a rustic wooden walkway to the 401 meter Canopy Walkway.
Walk on the wild side as you climbÂ acrossÂ six suspended canopy bridges on the longest canopy walkway in Africa. Gosh as the park ranger displays acrobatics on the bridge and soak up the amazing panoramicÂ views from above the tree tops at 22.5 feet above ground level. Wind downÂ after the adventure with a tour of the rest of the conservation centre. Visit the fish ponds and play human size chess if you please.
Your tour ends with light refreshments at a picnic in the grassland area of the park after which you will be given a complimentaryÂ ride back to your hotel.
Your tour begins with a pick up from your Lagos hotel for a 90mins drive to Olumo Rock, Abeokuta, Ogun State. You will visit the mini museum atÂ Olumo RockÂ to get an appreciation for the local art and craft of Abeokuta after which your guided tour of the rocks will be begin. Meander through the large rocks on this fun hike to the top while learning the history and mysteries of the rocks. You are sure to get a good work out from it. A sea of red roofs with a backdrop of green vegetation is the amazing view of Abeokuta from the top. Soak in the beauty and the capture an Instagram moment while you're up there.
After the tour of the rocks you will be taken to visit Cathedral Church of St. Peter (which you can spot from the top of the rocks), the first church in Nigeria, before heading back to Lagos.

Right from the minute you step into the Kalakuta Museum grounds, first on the left is the Mausoleum where the late Afrobeat Legend was buried. Then from there you find the main entrance, leading to the ground floor of the Museum, here you find Televisions showing clips of late Fela on stage during his life time.
On the ground floor you will find the souvenir shop filled with memorabilia of the late Fela, from T-shirts,to gift items and CD compilations of Fela's music. The minute you walk into the Conservation Centre you feel the serene quality of a nature reserve, a different state of mind from the bustling life of the city. At the Conservation Centre you have the option of the boardwalk or the newly built Skywalk Canopy which is the longest in Africa and second longest in the World. For bird lovers you can see and hear birds chirping, and the occasional presence of the monkeys.The remoteness of the reserve gives a total bonding of man and nature. There is also a lovely park for even the kids to have fun and they can also enjoy the man made pond with a variety of colored fishes. For bird lovers, a lovely bird watch post is situated in the reserve as well.
The Ikogosi Warm Springs is a tourist attraction in southwestern Nigeria. Flowing abreast the warm spring is another cold spring which meets the warm spring at a confluence, each maintaining its thermal properties. This attributes makes the springs a tourist attraction in Nigeria.Research suggested that the warm spring has a temperature of about 70oC at the source and 37oC at the confluence. There have been a lot of tales about how the warm spring came to be. One of such was told of a great hunter with two wives, and one of his wives was said to be temperamental while the other was a quiet woman. One day, the two wives had a fight and after being rebuked by their husband, the temperamental wife changed to the warm spring while the quiet one turned to the cold spring.
DAY ONE (L/D) â€“ Depart Lagos for Ibadan. We make a stop in Ibadan to visit the zoo. The Ibadan Zoo is one of a few remaining zoos in Nigeria that can boast of a good collection of wildlife including lions, giraffe, ostriches, chimpanzees, geese, crocodiles and of course reptiles. We have lunch in a popular eatery and then visit the revamped Agodi Gardens.Then we pass night in an hotel in Ibadan.
DAY TWO (B/L/D)â€“ We depart Ibadan for Ikogosi. Enroute to Ikogosi we make an exciting stop at the famous Olumirin Waterfalls. We finally check-into the Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort. We enjoy a sumptuous welcome dinner before checking everyone to their different rooms.
DAY THREE (B/L/D)â€“ After Breakfast the fun begins.We explore mystical warm and cold springs, a natural phenomenon that is found only here in Ekiti State, ideally we suggest something casual. Afterwards we visit the ever flowing Arinta WaterFalls in Ipole-Iloro. We return to the resort and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
DAY FOUR (B/L)â€“ After breakfast we depart Ikogosi for Idanre Hills. Idanre Hills holds its own magical experience, a city sits between the Hills. We climb the hills to get to see the ancient settlement and also experience the lovely stream. We descend the hill to some palm wine(A local wine made from extract of a palm tree) and snacks and then head back for Lagos
Your sea kayak tour begins at Praia de Batata in Lagos, where you'll meet your guide and be outfitted with your kayak and paddle.
All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced kayakers; your experienced guide, who is up to date on local wind, current, and tide conditions, leads the tour and is glad to keep an eye on you and answer any questions you may have. Once you're on the water, paddle through fascinating rock formations, observing their details in a way that would be impossible if you were traveling on a boat.
Stop to snorkel and swim at a deserted beach next to Praia Dona Ana (equipment provided), and enjoy an off-the-beaten-path location that you don't have to share with crowds of peopleâ€”youâ€™ll practically have it all to yourself. Spend at least half an hour at the beach swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. A motorized support boat follows your group to make sure that everyone is safe and sound.
Note: Children who are at least 5 years old are welcome to take part, provided that they know how to swim.

Meet your guide in the main square of Lagos (PraÃ§a do Infantes), where you will be given a short historical and cultural introduction to the city highlights. Then start your walking tour passing by Praia do PinhÃ£o, Praia Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo. You will have time to take pictures in every location (approximately 10 minutes). Next, continue to Ponta da Piedade, stop for pictures and refreshments. Keep walking to Praia do Porto de MÃ³s where we stop for a nice fresh drink or for a dive.
After a clear safety briefing you will cycle back to the Algarve south coast, all on good and quiet forest roadsâ€¦ easy going downhill!
The guide will stop at the most picturesque sites and shares information about the local wildlife and nature.Â While cycling close to little farms, the local shepherd will always greet you. You will learn everything about the eucalytus and cork trees for example.
Lunch is included and the support vehicle will carry coolboxes with water.
Since 2001 we have beenÂ rolling down this mountain. We have developed this tour into a safe & funÂ concept of downhill cycling in theÂ Monchique Mountains. This trip is suitable for young people (from 12 years old) and for the not so young. We usually see that everyone between 12 and 75 years old with some cycling experience can enjoy this downhill cycling tour.
Young (teenage) cyclists should be able to touch the ground with both feet whilst seated. For our smallest bike (14â€³ frame) we normally see that the minimum height required is 150 cm (4ft9).
The largest bike size is suitable for riders up to 200 cm (6ft6). To deliver optimal service during the downhill cycling tour a service car will follow with water and your belongings.
New MTB Giant 29-ers & smaller sized 26â€³ All Terrain Bikes
The aluminium â€˜all terrainâ€™ MTB bikes are custom made and have safe hydraulic brakes from Giant or Magura, comfortable gel seats and front suspension. The handle bar is higher than on a normal bike, so you will enjoy a safe and comfortable sit position. We provide you with a helmet and a water bottle. The bikes come with an easy clickÂ system to change the 24 â€“ 30 Â gears.
We run these downhill cycling tour every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. WeÂ´ll meet at 10h15 atÂ our office in the authentic village of Mexilhoeira Grande. Here you can park your car and weÂ´ll return there at around 15h30/16h00.Â In July and August weÂ´ll start one hour earlier to avoid the hot afternoon.

On the other side we assume that when you book this trip, you have already some off-road mountain bike experience.Â We have an excellent safety record, and itÂ´s our ambition to keep it.
The required fitness level is â€œmedium-goodâ€ with â€œdoing sport activities 1-2 x weekâ€
The required technical skills are â€œexperience withÂ riding single and double tracks with some technical partsâ€
The minimum age is 16 years and minimum 4ft9/149cm tall. A partner or child can join as spectator for a reduced price and enjoy the day from the support vehicle.

On this Downhill Off-road Bike Tour youÂ´ll be riding a well maintained and clean Giant 29â€³ MTB with smooth 3 * 10 Deore and XT gears, safe Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and a comfy 100mm suspension fork with lock-out. These fine bikes are available in the sizes M (18â€³), L (20â€³) and XL (21â€³), see geometry here.
Should you wish to ride a smaller bike we have some older models with 26 inch wheels and 3 * 9 gears, V-brakes and lock-out front suspension. For the smallest bike you would need to be at least 4ft9/149cm tall. The largest bike serves a rider of 6ft6/201cm.
Included is a healthy and locally sourcedÂ lunch with vegetable soup, a tasty pasta salad with vegetables and tuna, and a freshly squeezed orange juice.Â In theÂ warmÂ summer monthsÂ we change this to a fresh and richÂ Portuguese gazpacho,Â a freshly squeezed orange juice and locally grown melon kept cool in the fridge.
